Cancellation Policy

As production and order processing expenses are incurred soon after an order is submitted, we cannot accommodate cancellations or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please be aware that Shipping Protection, 90 Days Warranty, and gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return your existing product. Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
